If after viewing a property, you would like to rent it, the next step is to bring a completed application (along with a $25.00 application fee per person over 18 years of age - or $35.00 for a married couple) to our office for immediate processing.

If your application is accepted, the next step would be to sign a lease agreement, at which time a security deposit equal to one month's rent will need to be collected.
